You are in the right place! People join our classes for all types of reasons and we can’t wait to welcome you. We love to dance!
Line dance is a fun and easy style of dance suitable for many levels. Our Lyrical and Movement class is designed to bring you closer to the earth and its ever changing cycles and rhythms.
Two very different styles, but a wonderful way to explore dance and how it can make you feel.
Line Dance Rhinestone Freestylers
We offer 1 hour feel good line dance class with fun, easy to follow routines for a boot scootin boogie.
Come on your own or bring a friend. There will be lots of laughs and freestyling as we dance to a range of music genres and learn new steps.
What to expect: We begin with a simple warm up and then teach a series of line dances, which is a sequence of steps that are repeated and done facing each wall with some variations. As these classes are for beginners & improvers we always break down each step and routine and then finish the class with a brief cool down.
This class comes with a health warning: Line dance is addictive!
Who is this class for: Beginners & Improvers
What to wear: Every day clothes that are easy to move in and comfy footwear or dance shoes.
Feeling Country? Turn up in jeans, check shirts, cowboy boots/hats, and embrace your inner line
dancer.

Class fees: £6.50 Pay as you go.

Lyrical/Movement Into the Green
We offer a 1 hour dance and movement class inspired by music from the old ways. Perfect for anyone ready to learn easy flowing & vibrant routines expressing freedom and joy in every step danced.
What to Expect: We begin with a warm up and then teach a series of steps that combine ballet, jazz and contemporary styles to express emotion. Weaving ethereal dance & movement with traditional folk music we connect with a deep reverence for the rhythms of nature, the seasons and folklore
Our routines celebrate connection, ritual, the elements, and the our bond with the land. We then finish with a lovely relaxing cool down.
This class will leave you feeling, happy, grounded, connected and 100% empowered!
Who is this class for: Confident beginners to advanced
What to wear: Comfortable easy to move in clothes and soft dance shoes.
Feeling elemental? Turn up in flowing dresses and skirts, (Suitable for dancing in-Not floor length) loose trousers and tops with some movement. Embrace the flow of moving freely!

Class fees: £6.50 pay as you go
I really enjoy dancing with our dance group Into the green. It’s always such a great energy and I can’t help but get caught up in the music. Theres never any pressure to get everything right. It’s fun, friendly and empowering. It’s really interesting how some of the songs we dance to relate to our connection to the land around us. I love it. Emily
